At Legacy Plumbing, we take pride in our work and employees.  Each of us are all held to a high standard that promotes team work and excellent customer service.

Our Points of Culture Include:

Competence, Knowledge and Skill – I am an expert in the plumbing field.  My customers can tell that I know what I’m talking about and feel confident I will do a good job.  I will find time at least once per month to learn something new about my trade.

Professionalism - I will be professional at all times by wearing the Legacy Plumbing uniform and always be clean and groomed.  I will never look the way people perceive plumbers to be.  I will be presentable when the customer is around and even when they are not.   My level of professionalism is better than any other plumber out there.

Customer Service – I believe that great customer service is crucial to the growth of Legacy Plumbing.   I will be able to talk to the customer in a way that makes them feel at ease and that they can trust us.    I will do the right thing the first time, every time.  No matter the situation, I will make the customer happy and always treat them and their property the way I would want to be treated and as if it were my house.

Integrity:  I will always do the right thing, even when no one is looking.  I always display honesty and fairness when dealing with customers and my team.

Accountability.  I will take responsibility for my actions.  If I say I will do something, I will do it.  I will be held accountable for any equipment in my possession and any situation I create.

Positive Attitude - I know that my positive attitude is important to my customers and my team.  I will leave any personal negative feelings at the door.

Trust & Dependability - I am dependable and trust worthy.  I always come to work on time and can be trusted in any situation.

Teamwork & Loyalty –I will help out whenever & wherever necessary to support my team.  I maintain the attitude, “Whatever It Takes!”  I am loyal to Legacy Plumbing and Legacy Plumbing is loyal to me.  I will treat Legacy Plumbing as if it were my own company.
