I called another plumbing company first but they didn't answer, I'm so glad they didn't answer. These guys are top-notch from the initial phone call to the service itself. I called after 5 pm and the phone technician was very helpful in explaining what my problem might be after I told her what was going on with my sink situation. They scheduled a time to come out for the very next day. The two technicians that came out were in contact with me to let me know when they were on their way and they were extremely informative explaining what my problem was and how they were going to fix the problem. Sean and Skylar were personable, polite, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I would recommend Legacy Plumbing to all my family and friends.

Highly professional and competent outfit. Very efficient and informative from the first call with the receptionist through to the end of a service call with Taylor. Taylor arrived on time, performed diagnosis on various issues, and prepared estimates. We discussed options and selected services to be performed. The services were executed and the worksites were left in clean condition. Taylor was very forthcoming and answered many questions which allowed me to identify, plan for, and focus on potential future issues. Overall very helpful and professional.
