I just can't say enough good things about Jeremy and Andre from Legacy Plumbing (Little Elm). They came out for a couple of different plumbing issues and went above and beyond in taking care of things. They were timely, courteous and efficient. Then after they were finished, and left - they came back. Why? To clean up my yard of leaves and debris from the storm. Whaaaaat? Who does that? These guys!! Really just unbelievable. I was stunned. Talk about above and beyond customer service. Legacy Plumbing is awesome. I'm a customer for life.

We just used Legacy for the 3rd time, and the experiences continue to be wonderful. Courteous, quick, and thorough - and what I appreciate the most is there are never attempts to "upcharge". In fact quite the opposite, they take the time to explain things so I can do a few things myself. Thanks, Taylor for a job well done...
